Easy Squeegee Kids - Fun Print Parties for Children
Screen printing workshop with textile designer, Helen Rawlinson at The Chocolate Factory N16
Come and enjoy two hours of inky fun, designing and printing your own party bag and t-shirt in my working studio.
This is a great birthday party idea for kids who like to get creative.
Children will learn how to cut their own paper stencils as well as choosing stencils from an extensive studio collection to create wonderful unique prints. The possibilities are endless and lots of fun.
Plenty of colours to choose from, experiment with and play!
Available for up to 4 children per workshop. (age range 8-16)
(I understand it can be difficult limiting numbers with friendship groups so I can offer places for a maximum of 6 children if required at an additional fee of £15 per child. The class may just take a little longer for everyone to finish their print. )
Date to be agreed in advance - After school times 4-6pm or Weekends and holidays 10.30am-12.30pm or 2-4pm
I can work around a favourite theme or anything goes!
Price includes all materials, a small tote/party bag and a plain white t-shirt (kids sizes only)
A family workshop is also an option if you want to bring along younger children (min age 6-12 years) 2 adults and up to 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.
Contact me about gift certificates if you'd like to treat someone.

'My 10-year-old son and 5 mates had the most brilliant experience - and created & produced some fabulous prints! Can’t rate this workshop enough! Thank you so much!'
'The class was absolutely fantastic, a group of 6 kids ranging from 5-13yrs old. I wasn't sure what to expect. .but we all couldn't be happier. My 5yr old loved making his own t-shirt. Helen was calm and explained all the processes to the children. It was all very hands on and allowed the kids to be creative and independent with their designs. As soon as their session ended they wanted us to re-book. We are all all definitely going back!'
'My daughter and her friend attended Helen's workshop. There were items laid out to inspire them and help them come up with their own ideas. They produced lovely bags and came out with a very good idea of how to screen print.'
'I learnt how to screen print tops and bags. Helen was very nice and helped me in doing a hard cut out. The venue was inspiring and very intresting. I would definitly go there again, infact I'm already booked on two workshops which I am looking forward to!' (Greta age 9)
