Three prints, Can be bought separately or choose a pair.
This is part of a series of prints that were born out of a recent commission based on the canal, its boats and riverside views. I've taken much of the inspiration from our local river Lea in Hackney, recent boat trips and woodland walks.
A two colour print using paper stencils and a pre-made screen created with a roller, inking over a sheet of recycled plastic.
Printed with translucent fabric inks so there is a fluctuation in the surface colours and application which adds unexpected textures and tones to the overall print.
Some of the stencils may be repeated but no two prints are the same.
The paper does have a slight wobble to it because of this which can be highlighted by suspending in a box frame or simple wooden hangers.
Packaged in newsprint and rolled into a strong cardboard tube.
It's recommended to remove from the tube as soon as possible and flatten out with a board and heavyweight before framing/hanging.
